We are a referral service
McDonough Water Heater Co. is not a plumbing company. We answer calls from homeowners with water heater problems and connect them with independent local plumbing professionals. The professionals perform all of the work.
How we are paid
We may be compensated when a call is connected to a professional. That is how the site and the phone line are funded. The price for any job is set by the professional doing it, and it is explained to you before work begins.
Independent contractors
The professionals we refer are independent contractors. They are not our employees. They are responsible for their own work, for the prices they quote and for any guarantee they give on completed work.

The photographs on this site are stock images chosen to illustrate a topic. They do not show the professionals we refer, and they are not photos of specific homes in the areas named.
Information on this site
The guides and area pages are general information about how water heaters and homes tend to work. They are not a substitute for an inspection of your own heater. Read the terms and the privacy policy for the rest of the picture, or call (555) 010-0100 with a question.
